Model 1 (Managed full-time assistant)
- Full-time only (40 hours per week).
- Client cost = assistant compensation + a flat monthly management fee.
- We manage recruiting, screening, onboarding support, payroll coordination, and ongoing check-ins.
Example pricing (directional):
- Example 1: Executive Assistant. Assistant comp $1,400 per month + $750 management fee = $2,150 per month total.
- Example 2: Operations Assistant. Assistant comp $1,800 per month + $750 management fee = $2,550 per month total.
- Example 3: Finance support (Underwriting or Analyst). Assistant comp $2,400 per month + $1,250 management fee = $3,650 per month total.
Model 2 (Part-time recruiting only)
- Part-time only.
- One-time recruiting fee based on role complexity.
- You hire and manage the person directly. We do not run payroll or manage performance in this model.
Example recruiting fees (directional):
- Tier 1 (admin and support): $1,000 one-time fee, includes a 60-day replacement guarantee.
- Tier 2 (operations, customer support, marketing): $1,500 one-time fee, includes a 60-day replacement guarantee.
- Tier 3 (specialized roles like finance): $2,500 one-time fee, includes a 90-day replacement guarantee.
